Which activities require a reservation to take part in?

Birthday parties and private events require a reservation. A reservation is not required for these activities, however, we cannot guarantee a space without a reservation.

How do I pay to play in the arcade and game area?

In order to play in our arcade area, please see appropriate kiosks or visit Guest Service to obtain your game card. Once your card is loaded with credits, you’ll then be able to play any of these games.

Can I bring my decorations or outside food/drink to my event?

A birthday cake from an outside vendor is permitted, as well as certain decorations. For specific requirements on decorations, please talk to a Xtreme Play Manager. Please note that confetti is prohibited.

Are masks required at all times?

No, masks are optional.

How do I make a reservation/book an event?

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of people I can have at my event? What if this number changes after I book?
